Architect of Record for this $40 MM indoor/outdoor water resort and family entertainment center with a 220 room hotel, meeting facilities, & restaurants. Worked for Henry and Sons Construction (HSC) as the design build contractor for the resort and restaurants and DESCON as the GC for the Hotel.
