Residential Short-Term Rental Conversion

This residential renovation was designed for the purpose of short-term rental housing. The largest part of this project was designing the interior in such a way to constitute comfortable spaces with easy transitions between rooms. The large arched doorways in the living area create a natural flow from one room to the next. The kitchen and bar area were designed with a faux overhead beam to contextually separate the rooms, while allowing easy walking paths between the purpose-built spaces. This promotes both accessibility and interaction between the user and the space itself.
